Los Angeles County’s system for accommodating employees with ongoing medical issues or disabilities is broken. Too often employees with disabilities lose their jobs or are left off work because Los Angeles County does not comply with the law, engage in a good faith interactive process and provide accommodations to employees who could be productive members of our workforce.
