Rahul Sethi

Mr. Sethi represents plaintiffs and individuals in cases involving civil rights, real property damage, environmental issues and employment disputes. He also has experience in business and bankruptcy litigation. Most of his career has been focused on representing Plaintiffs, however he has also worked as a defense attorney, giving him insight on how to fairly and reasonably evaluate all aspects of litigation and case value. Some of his property and homeowner cases have been on behalf of high-profile clients spanning many years.

Mr. Sethi graduated from Michigan State University with honors with an BA in advertising. While attending Loyola Law School he worked as an extern at the Working People’s Law Center, the Los Angeles Superior Court and the District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Sethi has decades of experience representing plaintiffs and individuals against corporations and government entities, including class and mass actions. Mr. Sethi has had numerous trial and arbitration awards vindicating the rights of his clients.

Mr. Sethi is an avid gardener. He loves long walks with friends, a good history book, and cooking for family and friends.
