OSHEA ORCHID

Oshea Orchid (pronounced like OSHA) is a partner at Sethi Orchid Miner, LLP.

She litigates class and mass torts, employment disputes, and environmental justice cases throughout the state. 

Ms. Orchid has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Tulane University.  While attending law school Oshea worked for an international labor union, externed for the National Labor Relations Board Region 21 in Los Angeles, and various disability rights clinics.

After law school, Ms. Orchid started her own firm handling labor disputes, disability rights, employment discrimination, and other litigation.  Over the course of her career, Ms. Orchid has handled a significant amount of cases against all levels of government.  She has recently expanded her practice to include multi-plaintiff actions in both state and federal court.

Ms. Orchid is a member of the California Bar, the California Employment Lawyers Association, and the Cowboy Lawyers Association.  Ms. Orchid was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2020 though 2024.

Ms. Orchid is also on the Castaic Area Town Counsel and the Val Verde Civic Association Board.
