CCL COMMUNITY RELIEF PROGRAM
After concerns about our Plaintiffs joining, we are now letting those who would like, to apply to the Landfill’s relief program. We do not believe that this will impact your position in our litigation, nor will it impact your ability to receive future possible compensation, damages, or settlement in our litigation efforts.
The relief fund is based on location and proximity to the landfill. We have learned that most people who qualified have received around $1,000 to $2,000 per month. Since it is a monthly program, and not on an automatic month-to month basis. You must recertify yourself by the end of each month by filling out their recertification form (i.e., submitting a bill, invoice, etc., with your address).
Edit: the Relief fund company is now able to answer your questions directly. If you are signed up with us, they are authorized to answer any questions you may have.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Start your household registration - follow the instructions.
You will receive a Unique Household ID. It is very important that you keep this number written down.
Click on “Submit application” - follow the instructions and submit. You should be notified on your status via email.
EACH MONTH, click the “recertification form” and follow the instructions. YOU MUST fill this out before the last day of each month to receive a check for it.
